- Purchased with card or Alipay: email support@lantern.io with your receipt and the details listed in Report a Payment Problem
- Purchased through the Apple App Store: Apple processes these payments, so refunds are requested from Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com
- Purchased through Google Play: contact support@lantern.io with your Google Play order number (starts with GPA)
